Lesley-Ann Brandt was born in Cape Town in South African on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is a model and actress best known as a TV actress and in films. Her acting career began with the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress was featured on several shows in the past decade and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt is currently appearing as Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born and was raised in Cape Town South Africa and later immigrated from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. She began her career as a model, appearing in ads and commercials. Prior to becoming an infamous model, Brandt was employed as a retail salesperson, and as a consultant in recruitment for the information technology industry. In 2009, she landed her debut role as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021 she appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand as a young slave girl Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena in the year 2021, she played the character as Naevia. She co-starred alongside the actor Craig Parker in three different television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter for the popular Netflix series Lucifer. She has played her most important role up to now. The series stars Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside and D. B. Woodside.
